Helping hand

Hi folks,
You might have noticed that I only just joined the forum...I'm normally quite a quiet person and don't tend to join up to forums, but rather just read threads as a guest. However I'm looking for a bit of help and thought this might be a good place to ask, so I've joined up and this is my first post!
I've bought an old 5ft slate bed snooker table as a bit of a renovation project. I need to pick it up from Bishton near Stafford, UK, and I'm looking for someone who might be willing to help me to get it into the back of my car. I have had a few ideas on how I might be able to do it myself, but it would be a lot easier with an extra pair of hands (wearing masks etc of course).
So, is there anyone out there on the forum in the Stafford area who is willing to lend a hand for a few minutes? I'm willing to offer the cost of a crate of beer as a thank you!
