Monday 12th ~ Sunday 18th of October at The Marshal Arena, Milton Keynes

It's the Final, and we have Neil Robertson, aiming for his 19th ranking event title and the first player to win three Home Nations events, up against WN1 Judd Trump, the latter who was so close to go out of the event in his first 3 matches and now finds himself in the Final, and should he win he will tie Robertson himself and Mark Selby on 18 ranking event titles won.

Their previous two meetings have actually been in Finals, one win each, but Trump leads in Finals won between the two and in multi-session matches.

Who shall win the £70,000 top prize and the Steve Davis trophy?

should be a good quality match. they usually bring out the best in each other.

good thing is when Robbo plays Judd he doesnt go into Phytagoras mode. He also goes for his shots and plays attacking.

It should be a great final and this is a great rivarly.

Both Triple Crown winners, Judd has 17 rankers, Robbo 18, both the heaviest scorers for quite a few seasons now.

Wish it was Selby that got through so Judd gives him another of the millions of ass whoopings he's given him, I get far more satisfaction out of that one sided rivalry and the general beatdowns in stylish fashion, one time I root for Selby and he fails LMAO

Hopefully that’s the case. There was definitely a bit of Pythagorus in his game in the couple of frames I saw against Selby.

If they both play aggressively this could be a belter.

Against Selby you always going to have scrappy frames, but Robbo yesterday didn't get bogged down and went for his shots. He didn't do that at the Worlds and got involved in Selby's game.
