Tbis is absolutely joyous.
A slim Bill W, Mountjoy (always liied him he's a proper lad), David 'silver fox' Taylor... I wonder if made his wife die her hair grey?! She looks about 30

Even the interviews are brilliant. So raw and honest, vulnerable. No spin at all. Makes me hanker for different times. And i love the long stretches of background footage with no chat or voice over.
Also David Taylor's wife is a delight.

I agree, it really Does a Good job at capturing the atmosphere of that time/era of snooker, which I’m not familiar with.
I like the way one of them honestly admitted something like “I thought it was gonna be the land of milk and honey” upon turning professional “but it didn’t quite work out that way” :)

Jim Meadowcroft was a lovely guy. Even the legendary former world billiards champion, Willie Smith, got in on the action - aged 93.
