My main memory of this match is that black Judd played to get on the yellow.

Seems to play them all the time now but it was a crazy shot.

Another one that Trump had seemingly thrown away against the wily old fox. Questions were now being asked whether Trump would be a Jimmy White character always destined to fall short. How he was to prove us wrong.

Higgins was almost flawless after the last interval to win from 9-11 behind.

I can remember being pretty gutted, Judd had a good lead at one stage, Higgins came back but then Trump played well to go 11-9 up I remember he was in amongst the balls with a chance to go 12-9 up, he missed a relatively easy ball and you sensed right there that could cost him, Higgins then won the frame and went 12-11 up, I remember Judd played an unbelievable shot to clinch the frame.
The deciding frame I remember Higgins missing a few long shots but leaving nothing on and Judd had no chances at all and Higgins clinched the frame.
