Actually it was Cliff Wilson. He was blind in one eye and still beat Ronnie O'Sullivan when he was about 60 years old!

Cliff was a unbelievable talent he played in the 1994 WC lost 10-9 in Quals with all sort of health problems and died in May 1994.
If ever there was a player that underachieved for all sort of different reasons it was Him
