Sadly, he is in decline and I think it is his problem with his eyes. I am sure he can rattle off some wins (Hamilton said you don't need eyes to win games as your instincts get you so far). But his glory days ae over. I like Fu so this is shame.

Don't take to White so he can drop out as far as I'm concerned.

McGill will be OK.

But Chris started his final season at 12th and dropped down to 41 by the end he lost all 9 matches that season.

his final pro Match was a 10-5 defeat to Shaun Murphy in the 2005 World Championship

Small's 2004/05 season was difficult to watch.

Been World Champion? No, I highly doubt it.

Yeah -I drifted away from snooker for a while when he was in his prime so I don't really know how good he was.

I will do some youtube research

I mean, I think he did very well all things considered. And he was good. Just not THAT good.

Could have been a multiple semi-finalist but no more than that.

Small was phenomenal in his LG Cup win but only ever seemed to have one decent tournament a year. Was a surprise he took so long to get into the Top 16 really

The three top 64 players with less money won during 2018/2019 season were Mike Dunn (20,000), Mark Joyce (27,500) and Michael White (33,000).

Dunn doesn't seem to worry so much as he is 48 years old and nearly dropped off the Tour Last season.

Joyce has won 25,000 already with his run through the final of Riga Masters.

So, it's White who is in bigger trouble, as he also has to defend 70,000 from the 2017/2018 season.

I think we also need to watch Sexy Fergal. We can't lose all these Snooker Island favs in one season.

End-of-season ranking watch makes more sense. Fu is 51st and White 74th, 16k points away from 64th

Exactly, that's the best way to follow the Tour Survival Battle.

Fu, e.g., has zero money to defend from January 1st, so his place will be stable.

Who made you the Island spellchecker??

To be fair, it is rubbish isn't it and he has had stuff published.

He plays with such flair
Except when he fouls
And doesn't declare"

There’s a hush. Then a cough.
White-gloved hand goes up: quiet please!
No problem.
Then a thud then a smack then a round of applause.
In amongst ‘em.
Bank Holiday, Sheffield. Tension the only clear winner.
Been like that since April.
‘Til tonight.

Michael White has now dropped to number 60 in the rankings. There's a chance he could drop even lower after the World Open, as he hasn't qualified. There's only 14000 points between Michael White and Ken Doherty, who is ranked at 64.

I don't see Gould getting back to where he was, to be honest.
