I think Selby is great to watch.
Not Wilson though.
Just different styles and tastes.
It would be the longest ever WC final. It’s an unfortunate possibility though.

Yeah - not appetising to think of Kyren in a WC for me.
He seems nice enough but he is dull in his snooker.

Selby's a rare example of a player who's better to watch in safety battles than breakbuilding in my opinion.

I'd like another final between Ronnie and Selby. Or Ronnie and Trump.

Ronnie and Judd would be good, yes. I don’t think Ronnie would beat Selby over a best of 35 frames match, we saw how that ended last time.

Last time Mark Williams successfully defended a title was the Thailand Masters in 2000
can he do it this time?

I think he's finally playing well enough but until he beats a real top player here I have my doubts...

I'm out again tonight. No snooker for me.
By the end of the day, we'll be 60% of our way through this tournament and the only match I'll have seen is Mark Williams 5-0.

Yes. Because losing one match to an opponent automatically means you'll never beat them again.
Selby has been marmite for ages now.

I think Selby has rebuilt his game somewhat this season but his performance in the masters 2nd round will have done him no good.

Assuming Duane Jones doesn't win in Berlin, the qualification for the World Grand Prix is now determined.
Can the Welsh youngster do it? No.

If they ever meet again at The Crucible, I expect Ronnie to beat him.
Unless Ronnie is near 50 and way past it.

I’d be shocked if Ding doesn’t reach the semis.

Just realized we're one match away from a Wilson-Trump semi. They're both already in the quarters.

They'll meet in the World championship final one day. Mark my words. We'll have a best of 35 needle match then.

Is it just my live scores that Bingham and Robertson has disappeared off?
