<ok>

What a tough section of the draw for those players -

Selby
Zhang
Ronnie
Day
Doherty
Hendry
Trump
King

Any one of them capable of winning that section, only Selby can really afford not to do well.

it is impossible to follow it granted thats not the issue last weekend i was like a blue fussed fly trying to make any sense of the draw and posting it on here so dont start to think i see sense in it but lets be patient with it regarding streaming but scoring and updates has got to be much better as from this second.

i was looking through early 90s snooker tournaments just now there was about 24 tournaments in 92/93 with only 8 televised in Britain. 3 main ranking tournaments only coverage was teletext ...Live snooker coverage was virtually non existent 80s and early 90s its better than its ever been for tv snooker and it will get better in time.

For anyone who may be interested, here is the latest news from Global Snooker:

Global–snooker.com has teamed up with On Q Promotions to continue to provide up to the minute content of relevant snooker tournaments, including the new PTC events from Sheffield and the EPTC events in due course.

Paul Mount, Managing Director of On Q Promotions said, “I am delighted to be working with Global-snooker.com. It is an extremely valuable resource for the game, treasured by many snooker enthusiasts, and I’m pleased that we have found a way forward that suits everyone involved”.

On Q Promotions has rapidly established itself as the one of the largest player management stables in the game, looking after 17 professional players from the £2m South West Snooker Academy on the outskirts of Gloucester.

Global-snooker’s Neil Tomkins agreed with Mount’s statement, adding “It makes sense in today’s economic climate to pool resources where possible, and this collaboration makes perfect sense to both of our organisations”.

in just over a hour Ronnie O'Sullivan whitewashes Ryan Day 4-0 and next plays Stephen Craigie or Ken Doherty and Mark King has withdrawn due to the fact hes gone over to china to do some shanghai masters promotion :? so Alex Davies goes through to Last 64.

oh man... With no real time scoring I'll be stuck pushing that refresh button all day... Oh well. Ryan Day seems to have continued his rough start of the season with a 0-4 loss to Ronnie. No surprises there then.

Good man wild.

Just over an hour eh? That saint probably hasn't hit a ball since his last comp. An hour's practice for him. I would have liked to have seen that.
