It's the water the players drink. It's a sponsor of World Snooker.

I don't understand. Why have they named their water after a derogatory, Russian term for Ronnie fans?

Because Pink Ball is the CEO.

Yup... rofl rofl rofl

Apparently there seems to be the rumours that Marco Fu has passed away lol. Just kidding. Just a bit of a usual sat fun. Hopefully no offence taken!

Don´t know. But personally I am completely back to the square one. As and while following the game. Back to the square one of where I exactly was 8 or even 10 years ago. Not much has changed. How did Michael Georgiou actually deserved that..?? No offence taken! It could had been Rory McLeod as well, if you ask me. Rory´s superb ambassador by every standard. Georgiou lost 0-10 his last match. Just as Wenny did. Poor. Just simply hopeless without any ifs.

An idea, an idea, an idea, an idea.. MJW or even Ronnie. Then you go ahead and to try to behave normally while following it <doh> <doh> . Can´t much blame all the people and the fans behaving like a clowns. Day in, day out. Certainly they are fitting that bill of behaving slightly strangely while that.... An idea, an idea, yet everyone still back to the square ones?? Bizarre!

MJW should have got Player of the Year.

2 rankers and the Worlds > 5 rankers.

I disagree. Ronnie has been more consistent over the season.

What a great find!

That was a great snooker from Alex!

In one World Cup Alex Higgins was teamed with Dennis Taylor and Tommy Murphy. And Alex didn't realise that Murphy was one of his team mates. He thought he was an autograph hunter and tried to throw him out of the team dressing room!

Good memories.

I remember one year Ireland won the final, beating England. Higgins was all over the place when David Vine interviewed him. snake hissed out of his head. And why not?

Yes. It’s very close between the two achievements. At first I thought it should go to MJW, but the more I thought about it the more I thought that consideration should be given to consistency and simply being “best” at playing snooker, as much as that concept means something other than just the collective status of tournaments won during the season. The bookies still make Ronnie the “best”, he still has the aura of being the best and that is significant.

True, but if you asked Ronnie if he wanted to swap seasons with MJW, I'm sure he'd say yes. Whereas if you asked MJW if he wanted to swap with Ronnie's, he'd say no.

Because of that I think MJW has to be considered player of the season.

I was a massive fan of The Canadian team. Kirk Stevens ruled!

Any win over Steve Davis would have given Higgins huge pleasure. Even if it was just The World Team Cup!

He seemed to be snake hissed most of the time! Straight vodkas at 10.30am for The World Championships.

He sounded quite choked up by it on Twitter.

But then again, you never know with Hearn. The opportunity to give himself an award probably would make him emotional.

In satirical mag Private Eye terms, the decision board members all deserve an OBN - Order Of The Brown Nose. Didn’t predecessor Rodney Walker once award himself “Yorkshire man of the year”? If I was Hearn I’d refuse the award out of respect for “conflict of interest” appearances, but once people have all this power their egos get carried away.
