(Documentary)
Blood, Sweat and Tears: The Alex Higgins Story - Profile of the late snooker player Alex Higgins

Profile of Alex Higgins, who died last month aged 61. The Ulsterman's victory in the 1972 World Snooker Championship at just 23 made him one of the key figures in the sport's rise to mainstream popularity - but his antics away from the table also provided plenty of tabloid headlines, with stories of alleged death threats to rivals and being stabbed by girlfriends. Featuring a rare interview with Higgins from 2005, in which he talks to Des Cahill about his battle with cancer, as well as contributions from daughter Lauren and fellow players Ken Doherty, Steve Davis and Ray Reardon

cool

Channel unavailable :chin:

....and I have the complete SKY package (minus the porn stuff you guys are into). <ok>

It might be a different number on your selection. RTE 1&2. Sometimes Sky restrict the footage when football is on, RTE show PL highlights before SKY and BBC.

However normal viewing should be fine.

The BBC did a piece with him a few years ago, he was playing an exhibition against Jimmy in Belfast, the place was packed. It showed a bit about his life before then as well. Fantastic piece, I hope its repeated <ok>
