ALSO Playing his first match as World Champion is Neil Robertson
Davis plays Kurt Maflin second session Friday while Neil Robertson plays Allan Taylor First session Saturday

Don't any of the betting firms do Live Scoring?
They certainly have the means, financially and technologically
to offer that, even Live Video Web Streaming!
[ perhaps they're concerned that at this level of competition,
where the players earn so little, if anything, the temptation
for bribed match-fixing is so enticing, they cannot, in all honesty,
sell matches to their clients? ]

Davis admits he struggles to get motivated or even practice now for the lesser ranking events so yesterdays 5-0 win was a major surprise.
Todays defeat isnt really a surprise at all to me.

Strange a few hangovers from the Shanghai tournament, maybe they haven't been able to adjust their mindset.
Although am I right in saying this is how it used to work in the early 90's? Qualifiers for different tournaments back to back?
