Tuesday 22nd of November ~ Sunday 4th of December at the York, Barbican

Last 32 and only 17 members of the top 32 remain with World Champion Mark Selby and 5 times World Champion heading the field.

Peter Lines playing as a Amateur these days is in to the last 32 and is joined there by his 21 year old son Oliver making his 4th Last 32 appearance after beating Judd Trump 6-2 to get there. The last time a father and son reached the last 32 of the same tournament was in 1986 when on that occasion Neal Foulds defeated his father Geoff 5-0 in the last 32 on route to his one and only ranking victory.

Also in the draw is Ding Junhui, Ali Carter, Marco Fu, Stephen Maguire, Shaun Murphy, John Higgins and Mark Allen fresh from making his first competitive Maximum Break.

Who will progress in to the last 16?

The top half of the draw now looks weaker in comparison to the lower half, with Ronnie only the real form player in there. Well Ding too but since his 10-1 thrashing hasn't looked quite the same, albeit he only narrowly lost to Higgins making 4 tons at the CoC.

Should be another straightforward win for Ronnie, but Georgiou is better than Ron's last 2 opponent's.

Good to see Stevens finding some form, Perry wont be easy though, but so wasn't White and he still beat him.

I Dont rate Georgiou at all to be honest so i expect Ronnie to breeze past him without breaking sweat

Only the Last 16 of the 2015 Welsh Open. Unlike Wild though, I rate him as a better player than Ronnie's first 2 oponents... but I still expect a swift win for Ronnie, might even be another 6-0 who knows...

It would be in the semi-finals.

Unlikely then!

Did you ever see the one where Mr. Chips was having a twiddle?

Milkins could prove a hard opponent for Selby if he isn't on his game, but Milkins lacks the killer instinct against the real top players. The only real time I saw him do it was against Robbo at the Worlds.
