Seeds 6-5 Qualifiers

With Hawkins and Allen up 6-3 against lacklustre opponents, will probably be 8 seeds at worst.

Edit: Also saw somewhere that last time 3/4 top 4 seeds fell first round was 1982 if anyone's interested.

Gould/Ding should be close, as should Perry/Wilson.

Andre, what's the seed to qualifier count now?

With Trump v Liang, depending on what matches you include/discard, only match they've had longer than bo7 was that match at the UK a few months ago.

Yeah, it's a bit distorted because Ronnie won't get on a plane.

Also never heard Murpho and Magso before.

If you'd heard of Magso and Murpho you'd have known why they lost. rofl

Trumpo and Dingo; there could be a lot of blood spilled in this years first round.

Bingo, Robbo, Murpho, Magso. Trumpo?

Ronaldo?

Ah man, he'd have no chance at snooker. But Messi; he'd be brilliant!

Someone said something about depression. Apparently, he's a sufferer.

I wonder what Hendry will say tomorrow if he gets a chance about Robbo going out in the first round.

In the final session of the Walden match he was saying that the seeds put themselves under unnecessary pressure in the first round and that he doesn't understand why. He thinks there shouldn't be any more pressure than usual because a seed should be better than a qualifier, or some bullocks like that.

Hendry tweeting about Judd loosing to Barry Hawkins at the masters "Would Robertson have lost that match?"

Apparently he's been suffering from depression

Thanks! :hatoff:

I wanted to hear it in his own words and the video seems to be private so I don't know how you found it. Total sympathy for him in regards to mental issues, must be amplified in a place like the crucible.

At every level, snooker is brutal. Kill or be killed.

So many pros have had issues it's unreal. Being indoors all day can't help either. Not talking to many folk, solo practice or just a small inner circle of practice partners. Then into the ring again.........
