Do we know if the BBC are going to do special documentary to celebrate it being the 40th year at the crucible? Or are they going to get confused and do it next year?

Knowing the Beeb probably the latter.
It moved in 1977, so technically they wouldn't be wrong as 2017 is 40 years after the move.
But this is the 40th tournament at the crucible.

2006 was a brilliant final. I was desperate for Dott to win and I'm still in awe to this day that he found it in him to hold off Ebdon's astonishing fightback.

Knowing the BBC, they'll do it neither year and we'll get a documentary about a fishing holiday that Willie Thorne went on.
