Well Allen had an awful record against Murphy, yet he won.
But if anyone is going to feel it, it's more likely to be Liang.

Supreme snooker from Higgins perfect control, clinical never looks like missing, yet still I can't help but feel like rooting for whoever his oppo is!

Very impressed with Liang this afternoon. Higgins in this sort of form could have blitzed many of the others this week, but kudos to Liang for really putting it up to him today. Top notch standard from both players.

I can't watch the match. Only saw the comments here and the livescore with Higgins seeming to be scoring very heavily. How is this match still 4:4? Wenbo playing great as well?

Good play from Liang, and some loose safety from Higgins imo.

Higgins nowadays mostly has problems with his safety game. His scoring is amazing.

Believe it or not, I want a Higgins win here. Keeps the tournament more interesting.

As long as he doesn't play as bad as Ding he'd still probably win.

Bingham is in terrible form at the moment. If Higgins plays anything like today, he won't have a prayer.
