Hard to know who to fancy for this one. I always like to do a small bet but can't split them.

I favour Perry here because of his good record against Hawkins and because he now knows how to win a match at The Masters, did it for first time against Ding last year.
Could be close and boring, but Skull often makes a good point: matches that on paper appear less interesting, can end up being great quality matches.

Would be funny if this match ended up being a great high quality one...
Probably won't happen though, as long as it's not as bad as last evening's, it's good enough for me.

Looks like Judd won the other match in the end. Could only see live scores from 4-1.
No idea who'll win this match. Although Perry leads the H2H, they haven't really had a meaningful match in the last decade.

I think Perry will win it, but I obviously want Hawkins to come through and earn a meeting with Allen. Hawkins v Allen should be a great spectacle, they always have good matches, especially those 2 World Champs meetings.

I think Perry and Allen are pretty even as well.

Hard to believe Perry didn't clear the table with that chance.
Lovely pink.

Shot of the tournament so far for me
Could prove very significant in the final outcome of the match...
Mind you, Hawkins can lose from 5-0 up, so you can never be sure with him

This is what I didn't want to happen. Both great at clearing with the colours on their spots but..
This could be painful.

Important frame there. That should settle him down.

I love that Masters moment when Hendry missed a pink with the 147 at his mercy
threw his cue awy at the table as soon as he saw he missed it.
