IBSF World Under 18

Postby kolompar

The first IBSF Under 18 world championship is being held in Russia. No English and Chinese unfortunately, but there are Welsh and Hong Kong players who all have a chance to win it. There is also Rodion Judin (tipped a future world champion by Ronnie, his former practice partner) and Shrikrishna Suryanarayanan, winner of the under 21 billiards a week ago.
Group stages now over, knockout starts tomorrow.
Results, good quality streams, recorded matches, everything on ibsf.info

Last two Russians lost in the last 32. In the last 16 Rodion Judin whitewashed Abdelrahman Shahin, who made a 109 in his previous match, highest so far. Also through to the quarters are all 3 Hong Kong players, 2 Welsh, Shrikrishna and Pakistan's Abdul Raheem. Quarters on now with two tables streamed.
