The Asian Six Red Championship and Asian Team Championship will take place in Tehran in Iran from 15th to 30th August. A bit late but I'm guessing as in previous years 4 places at the Sangson Six Reds at stake in the Six Reds tournament.

No idea when the dates were changed to May, certainly makes sense re qualifying for the Sangsom Six Reds
I've struggled to find anything on this, so just the brief details given on the ACBS website
Team championships winners and runners up were teams from Iran, losing semi finalists both teams from Pakistan.
Six Reds won by Iran's Soheil Vahedi, defeating his compatriot Ehsan Heydari Nezhad. Losing semi finalists were Saleh Mohammed (Afghanistan) and Raymond Fung Kwok Wai (Hong Kong). If the Sangsom Six Reds invites are being distributed as in previous years, all four should get an invite.
Amongst those missing out on the knockouts were Ahmed Saif (Qatar) and Indian players Brijesh Damani and Sourav Kothari.
The knockout results (no scores I'm afraid)
Amir Sarkhosh (Iran) bt Muhammad Asif (Pakistan)
Ehsan Heydari Nezhad (Iran) bt Kamal Chawla (India)
Mohammad Sajjad (Pakistan) bt Ali Jalel Ali (Iraq)
Saleh Mohammed (Afghanistan) bt Andy Lee Chun Wei (Hong Kong)
Au Chi Wei (Hong Kong) bt Ali Gharaghozlo (Iran)
Raymond Fung Kwok Wai (Hong Kong) bt Mohammad Lababbi (Iran)
Soheil Vahedi (Iran) bt Omar Al Kojah (Syria)
Shahram Changezi (Pakistan) bt Hamza Akbar (Pakistan)
Quarter finals
Ehsan Heydari Nezhad (Iran) bt Amir Sarkhosh (Iran)
Saleh Mohammed (Afghanistan) bt Mohammad Sajjad (Pakistan)
Raymond Fung Kwok Wai (Hong Kong) bt Au Chi Wei (Hong Kong)
Soheil Vahedi (Iran) bt Shahram Changezi (Pakistan)
Semi finals
Ehsan Heydari Nezhad (Iran) bt Saleh Mohammed (Afghanistan)
Soheil Vahedi (Iran) bt Raymond Fung Kwok Wai (Hong Kong)
