Just woke up in time to watch that last frame decider between Higgins and McManus...

And once again like at this year's Worlds... Higgins loses against him rofl

Crazy decider that was, Higgins had so so many chances to put the match to bed it was unbelievable, McManus won't know how he managed to win that match, but also credit to him for coming back from 3-1 down, led 4-3, Higgins forced the decider and then had many chances but missed them, McManus won the match on the final black. :-D

Is his old friend McManus a new sort of Mavis in recent times against Higgins? Certainly looks that way.

Higgins rofl

Robbo playing extremely poorly so far today. Guessing that bye last round hasn't helped. Still, Georgiou might start twitching near the winning line.

Robin Hull goes 4-3 up on Dott.

its great to see Robin having a run of form for my money the best player to come out of mainland europe.

And a hell of a match by all accounts. Hull pinched that on the black for a 4-3 lead and he started like a train with back to back 139 and 134.

And Hull finishes Dott off 5-3. Looks like Hull played well. Started with two 130+ breaks, had a 59 and a 70+ in the last. Will have Walden or Cao Yupeng next.

That was a struggle for Robertson.

Michael Georgiou won the 2nd frame with a top break of 11 and Robertson made a 46 and a 40 in the first 6 frames but from there he stepped up the pace to win 5-3 with another century limiting Georgiou to 1 point in the last 2 frames

John Higgins problems continue he was leading Alan 3-1 with a top break of 91 and unlike the Higgins of old he couldn't convert it as McManus went on to lead 4-3 with a top break of 78 before Higgins leveled up the match at 4-4 in a scrappy frame. And the decider wasent any better McManus won it with a top break of 18.

John Higgins has lost twice now to a player that's past his best and his best was probably only 5th best of all time in Scotland.
