They have met only twice before the last meeting was in 2008 and Selby won 4-0 in the Championship league

How can a player be burnt out when he hasn't made a semi final since the new year .....

That backer on twitter says its bad for robbo going deep this week as it will affect his worlds chances.

I totally disagree as robbo needs the confidence boost of a good run this week and last year was totally different as he had played far more snooker prior to Sheffield.

What are the odds on Robbo losing yet again in the first round of the World Championship? I might have a flutter.

Everyone has a good chance against Selby, these days.

Terrific wins for Mark King and Jimmy. OK the draw was kind to Jimmy, but he desserves to stay on tour. Of course the tour doesn't need him these days, but for all the travelling and for all th3e enthusiasm he has for the game, I'm chuffed for him. Mark King certainly didn't have a great draw as Fu has been one of the most consistente performers, but battled through. Some players might not have turned up but it's certainly done others a favour in terms of prize Money and points (all one and the same).
