Odds for the eventual winner are: 13/2 Selby, 7/1 Ding and Robbo, 8-1 trump, 16-1 Allen. Do the odds on Selby seem a bit short and the odds on Ding/Robbo a bit long or have I missed something? Obviously, the odds are bit shorter for these players than would otherwise be the case because the Genius isn't there!

Looks like British Eurosport aren't covering the final session of the final live

Although if it's like the last two we won't be missing much.

Edit: May I just add, well done China and Hearn for getting a non-betting company sponsor for this tournament.

They are according to this website: http://tv.eurosport.co.uk/tvschedule.shtml

Will probably only try and catch the last two or three days of this if I'm honest, not one of the most inspiring tournaments on the circuit for me.

Anyone watching the snooker now? <laugh>

Selby currently 1 nil down against Hamilton. Higgins leads 1 nil.

I shall go to bed now, but something tells me Selby's match is gonna be a long one and wouldn't surprise me at all if he lost, Hamilton strong enough a player to beat him on his day. Still very early days of course.

Anyway, nighty night <laugh>

Epic decider where Thepchaiya went ahead with a break of 60 and missed frame ball before Maguire fought back with a break of 48 but missed the Brown left it over the pocket and Thepchaiya closed it out for a Great win.

Maguire was 3-0 down got it back to leading 4-3 before Thepchaiya won 5-4

Good to see Selby through. Hamilton's one of those players that Mark loses to more often than not in recent times.

Also slightly annoying to see Mags has lost already. I predicted him to do well this tournament and he loses on the first day

Ryan Day has shown signs of returning to form of late after a slump that saw him slip out of the top 32 hes now challenging for a place in the top 16.

But Michael Wasley looks set to put a spanner in the works as he leads 3-1 at the mid session interval
