Chris Small (ex-player, Michael Leslie's coach)

Seeing Michael Leslie managed t o defeat Jack Lisowski in the opening round of the UK Championship reminded me that Chris Small is now coaching again (Leslie being one of his players). Most of you probably know Small was a Top 16 player rising in the rankings when the spinal disease he suffers from resulted in what he calls 'a disastrous 2004 season' and retirement from the game. He took up coaching but had to give that up too as the disease worsened, but has been back coaching since 2012 as a result of improved medication.
