[quote="SnookerFan"]The beer is in the fridge. I'm not going anywere.
Give me a few cans SnookerFan,after what happened last night,i need a few!.
Nah,in all seriousness,i truly admit i was really really hissed off!.
What a chance that was for Ding to send Ronnie packing, just as well i,m not a Ding FAN,otherwise i,d of probably needed a week to recover!.
When Ding went 3-0 up,i knew there was still a chance for Ronnie to come back,in which he indeed did.
Ding started to let the odd mistake creep in here n there.
The fluke from Ronnie did,nt help,it could hardly of come at a better time,if i remember correctly, thanks to that fluke,he went on to win the frame from it.He was extremely lucky in the decider as well,Ding layed a brilliant snooker behind the black,Ronnie hit the blue but it went safe, then 2 times he went for the blue,he got away with it,in saying that, yes he did leave Ding a chance to pot the blue, but they were horrible shots to have to play, especially under the circumstances,it being the deciding frame,of coure they were pottable and one could argue that he should of at least potted 1 of those chances but as i say,Ronnie could of left those 2 chances easier.
As Sonny wrote though,..."I liked McManus suggestion at 5-3, Ding had the chance to win 6-3 but missed a trick, if he'd potted pink on blue spot then held the spot he'd have had a red to corner, he just didn't think of it and played a bad shot instead. That was costly".
Absolutely Sonny!.
One could argue about that too,If Ding had of done that, then he might have gone on from there and won the match and it would,nt have gone to a decider,Ding could have gone on to beat Ronnie 6-3,i,ve said it before, one could go on forever, going on about IF,S n BUTS,SHOULDS,COULDS,but at the end of the day,it,s the result that counts and Ronnie won,end of!.
I,ll be on GJ,s side for once ,i,ll be rootin for Robbo,(although Robbo was also a bit lucky and should,ve been kicked out,not only by Gould, but by Carter too!).
Anyway,....COME ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN ROBBO,don,t do a Mavis and Don,t do a Ding !.
