Does he help these random players out of the goodness of his heart or does he command a fee, and if so would this be percentage or fixed fee?

He's employed by SWSA to coach the OnQ Promotions players I think I'm right in say. He will be being paid don't worry about that.

On that hourly rate you would expect some sort of transformational coaching to be delivered.
