I agree that Milkins is a better player than Robbo.

Found a quote on the 'Wilds Greatest Hits' thread in the junkyard that sums it up-
Wild wrote:bucking bullocks LOSING TO PLAYERS LIKE MILKINS IS JUST AS rubbish AS IT CAN GET JUST buck OFF BACK TO SCOTLAND AND bucking STAY THERE DONT WANT TO SEE YOU bucking FACE EVER AGAIN YOU runt.
Thought provoking stuff I'm sure you'll agree

that quote was nothing to do with milkins it was out of frustration how rubbish hendry played in that match.
Losing is easy if you gave yourself a chance to win Hendry in that match just like Robbo today missed to many balls.

Robbo said on twitter after china he hardly practiced as he didnt want to over do it
But yesterday he played well so i think that wasnt a factor
just an off day and rob was the better player.

It was first round nerves as the tournament favourite. Selby was just as bad in his first session against Selt, was just lucky Selt was the same or else he'd have probably gone out as well. Seen it happen loads, that first round where it's only 2 sessions and the qualifier has nothing to lose. I don't think I've ever seen Robbo look as edgy as he was today, couldn't believe the shots he was missing. Rob just played inspired off it and deserved to win in the end because he held himself together and in particular wasn't phased by the old toilet break mind games at 8-8

walden has an awful record here so rob couldnt ask for a better draw now
His confidence will be sky high so who knows.

Walden is suspect under pressure, Rob proved that he isn't.

Rob, along with Mark Davis, Bingham and Hawkins have probably been one of the most improved players in recent times, especially since Barry Hearn came in and with the increase in tournaments.

Rob's record here wasn't any better. Think Walden won't play as poorly as Robbo did. I'm going Walden, but considering my record at predicting 50/50 matches this week, you might as well give Milkins a bye into the quarter finals now.
