Per the IBSF website Gary Wilson was on the receiving end of a brilliant performance from Singapore's Peter Gilchrist today, Wilson lost 4-1 with Gilchrist's performance including a 133 clearance.

For those who don't know the name, Gilchrist was IBSF World Billiards Champion in 1994 and 2001, and has been Billiards gold medalist at the last two South East Asian Games.

Hi Roy,

A lot of familiar faces involved here i see

I know this questions been asked time and time again but is there any reason why Darren Morgan doesnt even enter any of the PTCs?

Re: 2012 IBSF World Championship

Postby roy142857

Sorry Witz, don't know the answer to your question!

Did get me to thinking, wouldn't it be good to have a PTC event at the same location and adjacent dates to EBSA and IBSF Championships, and encourage participants in those Championships (all classes) to enter the PTC event? Just a thought ...

A pleasure, and good timing for what's a temporary interlude for the two voluntary work projects I'm involved with at the moment - taking rather a lot of my time so not much snooker (or much else!) for me this autumn!
