Living Snooker website

Postby Living Snooker

Living Snooker is a newly-launched website giving professionals a platform to showcase their views on the game they play. There’s no agenda, no spin and no waffle.

Living Snooker is a series of live blogs written by the people who make the game what it is. Already on board are rising young stars Liam Highfield, David Grace and Ben Woollaston, as well as established top-32 player Michael Holt. And there are more to come.
Readers can get a fascinating insight into the lives of the players they watch in arenas and on televisions around the world.

Not just their highs and lows from the green baize but the side to a snooker professional’s life that the public rarely get to hear about.

Find out how much travelling they do, who they think is the best player on the tour, what is life living out of a suitcase like and is the future of the sport based firmly in China?

Snooker has traditionally suffered when it comes to exposure in the media and, unless there is a big tournament on TV, there is usually little coverage otherwise.

We aim to promote players and their views, keeping them in the public eye and, by doing so, hope to increase their profile.

Keep updated with the site and the very latest blogs and bloggers at www.livingsnooker.com or by following us on Twitter at @LivingSnooker

Like the website and have been visiting it for a while. Do the players decide what to write about or do you ask them certain topics that you'd like them to blog about?
