Just a note lads. The qualifying days will be 7-8. We won't be using 6 June, although anyone coming down early can ring Paul Williams on 01452 223214 to book practice.

Closing time for entries is 5pm Wednesday 23 May and you can enter online at the SWSA website, through our e-store.
all other information is on the website too.

Over 150 entries now so it looks set to be another fabulous event and we hope to raise lots of money for Breast Cancer charities.
All the entry fees go to charity.

Don't forget you can enter twice this year.

Look forward to seeing some of you down here at the Academy.

I will also be flying the SI Flag this year in Gloucester. Been to the SWSA once before and loved it, so can't wait to return. Hopefully I'll get more than 8 frames!

I have:
Craig Scotford
Jamie Hingstone

and Hannah has
Jamie Clarke....... :S
Owais Ali

Yeah saw Jamie Clarke for Hannah, tough.

I have Hammad Miah, who came runner-up in the Southern Section of the English Amatuer Championship. Should be an easy one.

My other is TBC, ooh the excitement and mystery.

(One away from getting Ben Harrison...)

I read it that you miss Ben and play Paul Ganley. You are in the same segment as Paul Williams who manages the Summer school and snooker at the SWSA. Played him on Sunday he is a right bandit.. :)

I must say I am more than a bit excited. I havent entered anything like this for years.

Never have myself so it's a whole new experience for me. Pretty cool seeing my name right next to Ben Harrison, Kyren Wilson etc.

My other match has been confirmed against Declan Bristow, who finished 16th on the EASB Premier Junior Tour. He also beat Shane Castle (Runner-Up at European Under-21 Championships) in that competition so he's pretty decent.
Will be good to test myself against one of the country's top juniors

Re: Pink Ribbon 2012

Live Streaming confirmed. First match is Paul Mount's so I won't be facing an embarrassment in front of the world against Hammad

Re: Pink Ribbon 2012

Hope we get to see you Cheesyman at some point!

I'm gutted I'm not gonna be there but then again, how much money have I spent on snooker in the last 12 months? And I want to go to a couple of the PTCs down in Gloucester!

Lost 4-0, played pretty rubbish for most of the match.

First frame I lead most of it, plenty of safety, then he made a decent break at the end.
2nd & 3rd was hopeless from my point of view, hardly potted anything.
4th was tight and I had a chance to clear and take it but missed brown cueing awkwardly, otherwise I'd have probably made it 3-1.

Disappointing but at on the brightside I almost took a frame off a guy who reached the finals of the English Amatuer Champs, roll on tomorrow
