Hope Selby's neck is better for this. Would love him to win this year. In fairness I wouldn't mind if he won every year.
Will be missing the draw as I am back at school tomorrow.

Twice he had a good chance and was stopped by John Higgins. This year could be his, unless Higgins finds something extra again this year.

Higgins couldn't even qualify until 1995 and is half a year older. Also Ronnie will get his 4. title this year

He won't as he would end up meeting Selby in the semis and we all know how well he does against Selby...

You never know with Higgins... and this season for John is a mirror of the season he had in 2006/2007.. did nothing in the ranking events up until the Crucible... when he reached the Worlds what did he do.... won the whole thing, a title he hadnt won for 9 years...
For me, i don't think he´ll do it again this year, but we can never tell with John..

No half days. Too many subjects, but next year...
Have a few snooker fans here, mainly once a year fans though, although I found one who knew a bit and preferred Robbo to Judd

Welsh Open last year. Had a relative round and Eurosport is one of the only sports channels we have. Both of us were hooked, although me a little more, as you can tell from the amount of time I'm on here

Good to speak to someone about snooker of similar age.

Allen isnt afraid of him, beat him at Haikou thi season from 5-2 down.. Yes I know this is a totally diferent format, but dont discount Allen there.. he is very confident and a player no one would want to meet

It's easy to get to know the top players. For the others, the player profiles at PSB are really useful. And occasionally the commentators do teach people something

Best of 11s are a completely different ball game to best of 25s. Plus that was Allen in the form of his life. No guarantee he will replicate it.

In terms of quality, this years 32 has got to be one of the best. Holding the qualifiers now means all 16 are in decent form, especially Ebdon, Cao and Luca. Jamie is a big threat also.
Going to be brilliant. FACT!
