October Ranking Event Qualifiers10th June 2011
The qualfiers for the planned ranking event in October will run from August 13 to 16 at the World Snooker Academy in Sheffield.

What is this tournament? Ive got it written down to run from 24-30th October but dont know anything about it?

u mean to say youve forgotten that qualifying tournament already
Dale, O'Brien, Hicks, Hamilton, Swail, Bond and a whole plethora of pensioners came through qualifying for the Halloween Havoc Classic to be held in Transylvania in late October.
