finished 4th in the group then lost 5-1 to Manan Chandra in the last 16.

eventually the penny will drop with everyone that see is a good female player and below average on an Open tour. I do wish people would stop trying to over-promote women players as something they are not, namely, good!

Just look at Jimmy, 30+ years in the game and still playing for the love of the game and prepared to travel across the world to promote the game.

Not very surprising, to be honest, that these two are in the final. Considering they're going to be seen as the 'real players' amongst Indian's best. It'd be good if more of these events happened though. When they started going and playing exhibitions in China, the sport exploded.
Soubds to me that snooker is getting a lot more popularity in India. Reckon there'll be one day when we'll see Indian players in the top-16. The referees are going to need language skills before long.
