The way Luca is escaping from Snookers is the right thing to do it. Too many players try to be too precise and then either miss it due to lack of pace or leave it on. Hitting it at that pace Luca does there is a good chance for a fluke pot or fluke Snooker. Or at least not leaving anything on.

Mate, in the Mid-Session, they're bigging up a shot on the other match a potential shot of the championship, then they show Chris Wakelin potting the blue ball from about four inches away. It's like, what's so wicked about that?

No.
I was being facetious anyway. It was more about the position than the pot.

The pot alone was Good but coupled that with a great position it elevated it

Luca playing Hit and Hope Snooker is difficult to play against because you get chances that puts pressure on you to take them

Ryan Day has won the 1st frame of every mini-session this match.
The problem for Ryan is there's no more mini-sessions going to be starting.

It's been the same as yesterday. Day does a massive break in the 1st frame, then they play like rubbish for the next 3 frames, but with Luca occasionally potting a blinder and sneaking the frame on the colours.
7-7.

Currently at the table hoping to make it 8-7.
Looking very likely this will go down to the wire.

Luca is properly in amongst after several blinders in the 15th though, looks like it's going to be a classic Luca frame.
