Here we go again for the continuation of the Halo World Championship when the Top 16 seeds join the action.

First up Kyren Wilson after having a great season winning 4 events on route back to Sheffield will play Lei Peifan who had a ding dong battle with Gao Yang on Judgement Day and also in the Morning Xiao Guodong back at the Crucible for the first time since 2018 and as a seed this time playing Matt Selt making his 5th appearance

Afternoon and two of the greatest players of all time Neil Robertson back after missing out last year and 3 times Champion Mark Williams playing Chris Wakelin and Wu Yize respertively will be starting out

Evening sees defending champion Kyren Wilson and Lei Peifan play to a finish and Barry Hawkins will be starting out against Iran's Hossein Vafaei.

On top of an already record scoring season, I suspect this would make trying to get a record score nigh on impossible in future editions.
