I'm not a huge fan of it to be honest. They only changed it because of what happened last year.

Yeah.
If the "bigger" names didn't qualify, do they deserve to be there?
ITV have got to think of the viewers, I guess.

I Like it gives Selby a match, and we got 2 tables instead of 1 for 4 days

You reckon? It's almost as if their revenue structure relies upon advertising placements, with pricing driven by viewing figures.

I guess I have to support Higgins in this match as Allen is the bigger threat. I just hope Higgins doesn't score any centuries though.

Don’t worry so much about opponents slipping up. Just enjoy watching Judd and have faith.

Yea but there's still no guaranteed they could extend it to 32 and Robbo stil not there hes the most successful player ever in the event last year Robbo was 20th and Ronnie 23rd on the Race to the Tour Championship and even Judd only Crept in to 12th by about 6,000 points

I preferred it when it was Top Eight.
Ps. I know why they changed it, before Dan-Cat rushes into to explain something I already knew.

It was because hardly any of the top players last year didn't qualify.
