Si was never going to win this. He is hugely talented but he has shown inexperience in some shot selections and is prone to easy misses. Trump is too experienced now and too strong to lose a match of this distance to a relative newcomer to ranking event latter stages.
Still I'd have high hopes for Si in the future. He has a lovely playing style, seems a likeable sort and hopefully will continue to rise in the game. Perhaps a ranking winner in the near future.

He’s just breaks at the minute at WC he kept pumping them out til 14-4 or whatever it was then he folded, when he’s not scoring, got no chance against the best

ROS and Trump are well above the rest atm. Without having to play that well. Most of the time they are winning with their B and C game apart from the odd match or session where they produce their best.

And who can ever forget Judd losing 10-9 to Ronnie in the 2019 Tour Championship after leading 6-2...?!?!

Yes its a little bit like a 2-men show this season. Although you have to say its actually been like that for the last 5 years anyway. Trump has obviously been a very prolific tournament winner since 2019 and ROS has always been there winning tournaments for the last 30 years basicially. So what we've been seeing this season is the normality.

Trump is a weird anomaly in snooker when it comes to ranking him in the top 10. Surely the best non multiple WC champion.

Judd is second only to Ronnie in multiple unsung measure's of player quality, including
1. career match-win %
2. career frame-win %
3. career average winning margin (in frames)
4. career average frame difference (in points)
5. career 50+ break percentage.
But Judd is nowhere near having the 2nd-best record of titles yet...

Yes it used to be Robertson for me just a year ago but Trump has surpassed him now.
