Yes I thought he was a unfulfilled talent who should’ve done a lot better but you can trace his failures all the way back to 97 losing to the griff in WC qualifying who admitted he wasn’t even practicing

Just before the match I was chatting about the final to someone & couldn't remember who Jimmy was playing. I did say he was a lower profile player.

Compared to what he’s actually done I’d say he has an unusually high profile within the snooker community.
