Luke Simmonds 2-0 up on Kyren Wilson and Kazakov 2-0 up on Ford.
Can the Ukrainian hold his nerve and win his first professional match at the first time of asking?

In Kyren Wilson group, after 4 games (all players played twice) they are all tied. 2-2 in all 4 games.

And Michael Judge wins that group. The only person to win a game in that group.
Chris Wakelin wins the other group

I notice Martin Gould is missing. Anyone know why? There are still a few spots to be determined.

isn't one of the players who has been picking and choosing events in recent years? rather then just entering everything.
prob just couldn't be fussed with this.
the tbd spots we were reserved for the late tour qualifiers like the new african champ.

Biggest win of Ronnie's career!
There seemed to be something wrong with his right arm. He was shaking it and stretching it and so on, and I think Alexander asked him about it after the match...

I didn't watache this match but saw bit of the Ajaib and Burden matches earlier and he was doing the same then.

Thought he did okay bar the over usage of the word "perfect". It was every sentence and on occasion more than once a sentence when ROS was in among the balls. Invest in a thesaurus Holty!

MDG just fainted at the news that Ronnie's arm is about to fall off.
Probably won't win The Crucible now.

Ronnie looked very relaxed yesterday.
I know this event means little, but still I predict a very relaxed ROS in this season. He's finally done at The Crucible tying Hendry's record, so yeah it wouldn't surprise me if he won a few tournaments before a crack at an 8th world title.
