If I'm up late on the computer the night before, and then I have to go to the shop at 6.30 am to help fillet a load of fish and pick and dress a load of crab, I sometimes fall asleep in the evening. A 'young man such as myself' is only a tiny bit superhuman, not a total superhero.

I call him Kryten because the names are similar and he reminds me of a robot with his cue-action. And also his 'robotic' ass wiggling before he gets down on the shot.

I'm sure he is a really nice guy, but that ass wiggling is hard to watch.
