If I was going up this year, I'd go to this match.

Me too. I've never been to a pro-tournament before. But I hope to go to one of the early rounds of the World Championship this year.

For the second day in a row, the more interesting match is on in the afternoon.
Hope they're both on form, should be good!

You like Matthew Stevens now? I don't blame you. Dreamboat has been rubbish lately. I always think he's going to do well, and then he just doesn't. It's a bit frustrating, really.

Yes. It's handy for me though. I won't be watching the evening match because my dad's friend is short of crew for his deep sea wrecking trip tonight, and I am filling in for him. That's a quick £500 in my pocket. A fortune for me as I only usually earn about £50 per week with my seafood deliveries. The thing is, though, his permanent crew will probably each earn at least double the £500 that I am getting. It's not fair really, I suppose. But I'm not complaining.
I'm doing schoolwork at the moment (A Level Chemistry), whilst simultaneously posting on an internet snooker forum. Good times. LOL.

Yes, the afternoon sessions are better for my work schedule as well. The only drawback for us oldies (or just not young any more), is that this leaves the dreaded uncontrollable afternoon nap a potential disruptor, though this shouldn't be a factor if the entertainment is strong enough.

Yes. My dad has afternoon naps. And he gets annoyed if I wake him up.
But I hope you don't fall asleep this afternoon. Higgins v Zhao might be a great match.
I have a couple of cans of Red Bull energy drink in the fridge for my fishing trip tonight. You can have one of those if you like.

Even Red Bull came after my time, I've never had one. Thanks for the offer though, but mine's always been a can of nearly freezing cold full sugar original Coca Cola (accept no copy-brands). At my age getting wings has a completely different meaning.
