I'm hoping Judd starts playing some banana shots tomorrow to please the crowd and make Gilbert smile a bit more.
and extreme topspin shots - they always look good.

So many top players in with a chance of the title,
Obviously three of the big four still there, Trump, Robertson, Selby who can all lift the title.
Last year's finalist Kyren Wilson with a chance.
Three time champion Williams on a resurgence.
And not forgetting Bingham who as a qualifying is playing superbly.
And can we rule out Murphy who has reached three finals before.
And McGill who was only one frame from the final last year.
Have we ever reached the quarters before where all eight players can still win?

Yeah, every championship.
I realised that when i typed it. Of course i meant a realistic chance of winning. There is usually one or two outsiders left at this stage but not this year.

Everybody dissing yesterday as there was no conclusions, but today looks pretty one-sided. Maybe we'll get a big comeback.

Jamie Jones is an outsider; Yan as well, possibly, due to his inexperience at this level - though it seems odd calling the Masters winner an outsider...
