Doubt it will happen again.
I expect Selby to be beaten by Allen.
And Ronnie wont have it all his own way until Semis.

Why dont you support Ronnie then, if you're so certain he'll win?

Should Selby-Higgins happen in the quarters I hope that Higgins will play at the peak of his powers and destroy Selby.

Do you give Ronnie a better chance against Higgins than Selby?

Angles. “Perfect!”..... “ok not perfect”
He loves to try and call a shot as soon as it’s struck. That’s one thing keeping him from the highest echelon of commentary hierarchy.

Most of them do that though. And he gets it right far more often than anyone else, especially Dennis.

well depends what kind of form Higgins shows obviously. If he plays well then Ronnie would rather want to play Selby I'm sure.
Higgins at his best is vastly superior to Selby.

Hmmm. Gonna disagree there. Angles more than anyone is far too quick to call a shot brilliant that turns out to be anything but. Not just the potentially great shots that end with the white on the cushion for example, but bread and butter shots that are fine, but nowhere near brilliant.

I'm actually really enjoying Hamilton's commentary. Phil the Studd not so much. Ant's got that "blokey" banter about him. Be decent to go out for a few beers with.

Selby playing decent has to be said though. And scoring good. Usually he struggles in 1st rounds so this is a very unlike Selby performance so far.
