Saturday 17th of April~Monday 3rd of May at The Crucible Theatre, Sheffield

The defending champion is locked at 4 frames apiece after leading 4-1, and plays to a finish today, whilst we see Kyren Wilson v Barry Hawkins start their match, remember these two had a high quality affair here 2 years ago, Kyren winning that one so has all the makings of another classic, two of the most consistent Crucible performers in recent years.

Neil Robertson leads 5-3 against Jack Lisowski, and last but certainly not least, a classic for the ages begins, 4 time champion John Higgins v 3 time champion Mark Williams, their last proper match coming at the 2018 World Final, so another chapter in these players great rivarly unfolds.

Hopefully Ronnie, hope he can get some sort of lead for the 3rd session.

Kyren v Hawkins should also be a great game, alas like 2019, these two are indeed Crucible specialists.

When you think about it, it's a hell of a match-up for a last 16 game, When you consider they were both considered top 8 on the 1 year list. On paper, it should be a cracker.

I think that should be a good match too, that's going to be my evening watch with the occasional flip over to the Ronnie match. Won't be able to watch the morning sessions, afternoon I should be able to hop in and out of the Robbo v Dreamboat match.

Come on Robbo! (and dreamboat, you're my second favourite so want to see a good match, think you did better tonight than most people including the pundits were expecting, keep it up please.)

What if Kyren has dyed his hair a different colour, would that save your bottom?

They've both played good snooker over the years from what I've seen

Personal taste is a funny thing though, so I can understand you. There's a couple of the good players I can't watch easily even if they're playing well. Or, at least, don't consider it an exciting prospect.

Quite what the undefinable reasons are for different people, who can really say with any surety!

Why would that save my 'bottom' exactly?

Dunno, I'm trying to save your bottom here, I'll send you a zoom link to discuss.

We’re you worried about Pinkie’s bottom too?

I had similar; the Island stands on it’s most crucial precipice ever this morning... Will we survive?

Let’s watache...

Alex is Dennis Taylor. Confirmed.

Don’t think so; Alex once made a pertinent statement about a low-ranked player so he can’t be him :hmmm:

You’re in Australia, right?

Aren’t they more likely to cover the Robbo match, on at the same time? :chin:

Coverage in Australia, don't make me laugh!

I watch the BBC on a VPN. I should probably try and give matchroom.live a go. I almost signed up for the Tour Champs as that was the listed way of watching it on the world snooker website, but it wasn't available! I think I'd be stuck with the Eurosport commentary as well, and no studio coverage.

Oh right, didn’t realise things were this bad. So Robbo winning the thing - what sort of impact would that have over there? Any at all?
