My Aldi is great for things like paté, cheese, red wine. All the good stuff. They do some good ingredients for curries, as well, if you can’t be fussed to do things literally from scratch. Stuff like curry pastes etc are decent but the ones worth getting are usually in a special section that rotates stock, so it’s a case of picking it up while they have it in.

Fruit and veg is generally ok, but sometimes a bit short on the use by dates.

The best thing about Aldi is the central aisles of odd stuff you definitely didn’t go in for. Dual action car polishers. Drill bits. Microfibre cloths. I like all that.

More so than Bingham do you think?

For me Carter's experience, determination,Crucible record makes him capable of still beating any of the top 16. Not a big fan but will want to return to top 16,one to watch I feel.

Me either. I’m convinced they’re mythical...

Should he indeed qualify, hope he doesnt draw Ronnie.

He might have an abysmal h2h against him, but Carter's win came at The Crucible, after all.

was bingham that great in the 2015 wsc though , didn't robbie williams take 6 or more frames off him in the first round

Bingham was fantastic in the 2015 WC, not sure why you’re focusing on Robbie Williams as opposed to Dott, Judd, Ronnie, Murphy!

I agree he’s a tough draw.

Bingham couldn’t even beat Jimmy White in the Gibraltar...

To be fair Jimmy was playing like a proper pro snooker player that week.
