The way MJW is competing against Selby in the long and tactical frames is amazing. He has so much tactical astuteness.

Would be funny if MJW lost a frame from that sort of break off.

You know, even though he’s always referred to as wily and patient, I think he might be a bit underrated as a tactician. There’s a reason he’s won so many frames from 40-50 in front.
I reckon there’s an argument to be made that he’s at Higgins/Selby level.

He is so wily around the table, one of the best ever. More than a match for Selby.

MJW keeps saying he'll never lose another frame from the break off.
He's about to lose one here.

MJW looses a frame from his break off
One aspect he hasn't considered is that if it's not perfect then the fatal flaw of his system is that the black will never be tied up.

Amongst the top players he's one of the slowest.
But not slow when you compare him to the rest of the tour.

Regarding Higgins, I feel a title is just around the corner, but consistency his main problem. Should have won The Masters the way he played all tournament.

Yep I’ve been saying it since the start of the season that he’d win something soon.

I thought Ronnie Jack was tonight as well; I’m sure it said that on snooker.org initially.
