Devlin and Hill had similar wins against legends of the game today, both 5-4, both played well.

False start for the World champion.

Just caught last frame, took balls well, helped by a massive fluke which even got a reaction from Ronnie, lump on hill getting pumped next round against Stevens I think

the fluke was annoying but I didnt expect him to win it in one visit. Dont think he would have done with a crowd but you gotta give him credit because he played decent throughout the match.

Yep,Aaron FLUKED a red,which started off the frame,match winning break,but The Ronster did,nt deserve to win,he got his good bout of luck,by getting away with it a good few times + he went for one too many,instead of playing safe + in general he did,nt play well.


A fantastic pink from Aaron to keep the break going in that decider. :cracker: <ok>

lol kinda knew Hendryfan would appear now. The guy didnt post anything after Ronnie won the World title but comes back immediately after Ronnie loses a second round match in a tin pot event.

Would be nice if one of these lower ranked players and less familiar ones won the tournament, instead of the usual top players.

Cant disagree. That WC win was just too good. We always said its all about the World Championship and hes done it.

Still hope he wins 1-2 tournaments this season but hopefully it will be UK/Masters level tournaments and not some tin pot events like this.

Ronnie said all these players can beat anyone on their day, but they can't do it on a regular basis.
