Vallomas wrote:Is Luca Brecel the new Michael White? Discuss.
I think he has already shown more longevity, and achieved more, than Michael White and will probably continue to do so (IE : hang around consistently, and win the odd tourney while continuing to frustrate his fans).
Michael White more like the new David Gray.
Jack Lisowski definitely the new Tony Drago.
Good to have you back, Vallomas; hope all is well

I remember about three or four years ago one of the more respected pundits (Fouldsy, Angles, Hendry) saying he expected him to be the next youngster to start winning tournaments.
At the moment, he'd struggle to beat his dad...

tense decider. chang has a slight lead, but black is over the corner pocket and all the remaining reds are gathering near. allen's experience should tell here.

literally as a type this allen makes a big safety error. good red to middle by chang, great chance for the upset.

Bet that doesn’t have many posts.
Almost as many as the Aston Villa equivalent, I'm sure. (Sorry, couldn't resist)

tbf yan and zhao did lose to fellow chinese. though hard to see li or chen going past the next round.
jones has beaten lichtenberg, they seem to be having a discussion about the table now. appear to be feeling the temperature of it.

Higgins won't get a better chance than this to reach a triple crown semi-final, when he could face Selby or Robbo.
Should really make the most of the draw he has.
