There should be a highest limit and lowest limit in the amount we could bet on, imo

Hi, unfortunately you can't change a prediction once its been made so your original points totals will have to stand. The reason why the posts in this part can't be edited is to ensure any member can't go on and change their predictions after a result has come in.

Yeah but I did it within 5 mins of posting my original post, honest mistake, if it was after others had posted predictions or after results had come in then fair enough. Can you point me to the rule that says I did something wrong?

First of all, apologies for the late reply in response.

I have no doubts that it is a genuine mistake, and that certainly no advantage has been sought but the rule for not changing predictions is in place is to ensure fair play and that no advantages can be gained through making a change. Would it be acceptable for the leader of the contest to change their prediction or reduce their stake for the Final to ensure that they couldn't be caught? - Even a few minutes after their original prediction?

The main reason why the rule isn't included in the opening post is that it is a rule which has been in place for so long that it has come commonplace.

JOHNNYBRAVO wrote:I meant 6-0. Can I still change that since the match hasn't started ?

In keeping with this, the 6-2 prediction has to stand as predictions can't be changed once made.

Note, after inputting the scores from the afternoon the maximum points you had remaining was 146 - so this has been your stake for the Allen v White match.

Just checked it - 4,006 is correct - will be reflected in the next table (I put Zhou down as a 500 point win rather than loss)

I didn’t bet full on in most matches either. I actually think there should be a minimum amount in each match as well
