The deadline is there for a reason. Change your predictions a million times before the deadline if that's what you want, fine by me. Also, 6-3 to 6-2 is hardly an earth shattering difference, is it?

You shouldn't be changing the rules during a contest. If Clara has been allowed to change her prediction (a rather poor call IMO) then everyone needs to be allowed to. You can't allow one to and then stop everyone else.

In addition PMing your prediction to Skullman doesn't negate any advantage you might have. You still get the benefit of seeing what the others predict and "adapting" your prediction accordingly. To make it fair - everyone needing to PM predictions should PM them to Skullman should he be willing to receive them.

Clara's new prediction shouldn't have been allowed to stand. 6-3 doesn't change anything but 6-2 certainly does (Clara just so happens to go in front if it finishes 6-2) and its a change which she wouldn't have asked for had she still been in front

I knew this accusation would come up. That's why I sent my prediction to Skullman straightaway before anyone else had made their predictions. You can ask him what time I sent him my prediction. All above board and fair, IMO.

As for Clara changing her prediction, I've always allowed it in previous contests that I've run. The final is different though, it would be foolish to allow changes for that. Any previous requests to do so would have been knocked back by me.

Anyway, seeing as people have a problem with it (which is fair enough) I will simply go back and accept only Clara's original prediction.

I fully understand that. I hesitated before doing it but thought it would be ok as long as I didn't break any rules. Also, if I send a prediction after the person in front has sent theirs, wouldn't it be the same thing?

I will also confirm that Cloud had already sent him PM before the match was finished (20:47 according the board time, so 19:47 GMT)

Don't worry about the two I just posted consecutively. Just fixed an error on the first one.

Those still in contention can send their predictions to me or Skullman. Whatever you feel comfortable with. Doesn't make a jot of difference either way.
