Skullman - Ding Junhui 5-9 Ronnie O'Sullivan
jmal1 - Ding Junhui 5-9 Ronnie O'Sullivan

Since both Skullman and jmal1 have predicted the same way, it means Skullman cannot now be caught at the top.

Skullman is the winner!

Final table will be up later after the match.

Final Table

1 Skullman 586 (34 correct scorelines) - CHAMPION
= jmal1 586 (28 correct scorelines)
3 sundaygirl 531
4 Andre147 530
5 Wildey 508
6 The Cleaver 499
7 Slowjoe 495
8 Jewell 446
9 GJ 48
10 Jester82 6

Okay, so there we have it. Who would have thought after a million matches we would get a tie at the top? Certainly, not me. I know I was abit hasty earlier on today in proclaiming Skullman as the winner, as I didn't think a tie was possible. Sod's law, however, decided that is exactly what would happen.

In the end I decided to use correct scorelines to separate the top two. I think it was the fairest way to do it.

Anyway, Skullman is the winner!

Thanks to everyone who participated.

This surely must have been the closest contest we've ever had?

When I won the 2012 German Masters contest it also ended in a tie between me and... well can't remember exactly, but in the end I won the contest also for correct scoreline points.

About time I won one of the non-32 contests. Thank god for best of 7 and less scorelines to randomly guess. Commiserations to the other competitors, especially Jmal1. Pretty sure some people forgot to predict some days, but a win's a win I suppose.

And thanks to Cloud/Jewell for running the contest.

BTW High time the Roll of Honour was updated. Been about six months. I'll sort it out.

The contest I won I feel will remain as the closest ever because me and Dr Log had 29 correct winners, but I had 10 spot on scorelines and Dr Log had 9!

Can't come any closer than that.
