I put down Noppon Saengkham as one of my 16 players to qualify, am I able to swap his name with someone else at all?

Surely you should have planned ahead for this though? Like PL does with a "wildcard" players in case one of the nominated players has to withdraw due to Covid.
I didn't pick Noppon, but I think seems unfair on those who picked him.

A substitute system in order of preference would have been good.

If you are counting Noppon's withdrawl as an incorrect prediction, does that mean I can claim the points for making the prediction that Lyu Haotian defeats Noppon Sangkham via a Walkover ?

NO if a player has to withdraw because of COVID there are no substitutes after the tournament starts

Not after, but before? Pick one or two "spare" players before the tournament starts in case one of our picks tests positive for Covid?
Anyway, it's your rules and I'm happy I didn't pick Noppon on this one.
